All Luxe Box products are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Production begins after artwork approval and payment is received. Standard production lead time is approximately 15 business days from artwork approval.
After production is complete, orders are shipped via standard ground shipping. Estimated shipping times from our facility:
Total estimated time from order to delivery: approximately 30–45 days depending on your location and shipping method.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier's website. Our team is available to assist with any shipping inquiries.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
